Grown cows do not drink milk, but the calves drink whey, it a by-product of milk that is mixed with water in a bucket. Calves do not suckle their mothers, because of the potental of desieses.

only when they are babies because then they are so busy making it that they don't want to drink it as well. I am not sure if you ever worked as a burger flipper but after flipping burgers all day the last thing you want to eat is a burger. I would guess it is the same type of thing.

Sure they do because when they are born they are drinking their mother's milk. When they get older they get fed hay and other grains, but not milk.
