Hi,
We're drove from Melbourne to Sydney in the Princes HWY.
In the way back,we're want to drive in Hume HWY in 1 night.
I have 2 questions:

1.How to get to the hume from the Eastern Suburbs?
2.where is the best to stay?

Thanks,
Guy

go to that website for street directory My partner (lived in sydney for 26 years, driver for 9 years) says the best way from sydneys eastern suburbs is to get on the M5 it will take you straight to the hume hwy. Once your on the hume hwy you will get to melbourne. As for a place to stay, try www.yellowpages.com.au
Drive safe & have a great trip :o)

Get onto the Eastern Distributor, then the M5 and follow the signs to Yass, Albury and beyond. You do not pass through Canberra.

Holbrook is half way and has motels. Gundagai is a bit closer to Sydney than Holbrook, and Albury is a bit further along the way.

There are more interesting ways to go.
