Avoiding salt as much as possible.
Try 2 avoid stress or at least warn others that blood pressure is an issue.
Meditation has been proved 2 lower high blood pressure, but like most things it's a time consumer.

Reduce salt and sodium intake

As a physician, I suggest regular walks, shedding extra weight, stop eating fatty foods, and reduce salt intake. A lot of hypertension is caused by diet, coffee, tea, and fatty foods. If you know your blood pressure now, try my suggestions for a few weeks, then if there is no significant change to the good, then you need to consult your physician. Hig Blood pressure can be caused by a number of different diseases and those need evaluated for treatment. Remember too that someone who interpretes your blood pressure must consider both the systolic as well as the diastolic pressures.
