is there any casein found in full cream milk and skim milk sold at the supermarkets?

which 1 has more casein?

when i look at the ingredients list on the milk packaging it will only say "100% full cream milk" or "UHT Processed skim milk"...

Of course there is casein in milk- that is the primary form of protein in milk- the solid stuff, as it were, which is suspended in water. It's what makes the milk white, the stuff that makes up the curds in cottage cheese, regular cheese, and all the other milk and milk products. Cream is the collective term for the fat molecules, which rise naturally to the top of milk unless they are broken up into smaller bits through a process known as homogenization. It doesn't matter if you have full cream, half cream, skim or fat free milk, the amount of casein- milk protein would remain constant. The only thing that would cause it to vary would be the amount of protein available in the cow's diet.

What difference does it make. Either way milk is not good for you. It is for calves only. It has too many things that are not good for humans.
