Some people are like that... and it's not just men... I've met many women with that trait... and the scary part is that everything they do seems normal or non-important to them... If you are an open and emotional person, don't try to understand people like that, it will only frustrate and confuse you... You cannot change people with these traits either... you may think you can but it never works... They are very good actors and with no conscious like you said... The best bet is to move on and find a sensitive, caring person with the same moral standards you have... and the same outlook on life... Someone you feel compatible with "as is" so to speak... Learn from life's lessons and don't look back with any regrets...

Usually when someone, man or woman lie about anything in the lives is basically out of insecurity. They are afraid that if you knew the truth, then you wouldn't want them anymore. If he or she acts as though it doesn't bother them whe you find out, then they have deeper issues and require them to spend some couch time with a medical professional. They are usually addressed as pathological liars.

because some are so self centered that they just don't care about anything or anyone just as long as they get what they want no matter what. In their opinion the end justifies their actions and thoughts

man considers himself a superier and more evolved specie than woman, he has even a big ego problem.they r never self content . n dont wanna show off where they r lacking. let them b in their own world.
