Arab citizens of Israel enjoy all the social benefits the state offers. Arabs do not serve in the army, however.
Important to note that other non-Jewish Israelis, especially the Druze, serve in the army and do their part for the country.

He would have to abide by the laws and obligations of the land the same as the next man.
Perhaps that should apply here in the UK,now theres a thought!!

Yes. The laws dont relate to religion EXCEPT that 'hard core' Jews (for want of a better word) are excused from fighting in the army.

Guess, the ONLY country who'd hardly care about such is the UK itself, where we've DIFFERENT laws for different ethnicity.
