Arab citizens of Israel enjoy all the social benefits the state offers. Arabs do not serve in the army, however.
Important to note that other non-Jewish Israelis, especially the Druze, serve in the army and do their part for the country.

Guess, the ONLY country who'd hardly care about such is the UK itself, where we've DIFFERENT laws for different ethnicity.
