In the USA the Fiqh Council has agreed that Ramadhan started on Friday after Maghrib. Some masajid are going with the day that it starts in their native countries. For some this is after Maghrib on yesterday, Saturday. So no matter who you agree with, Ramadhan has already started.

by the astronomical calculations it started Friday night.There will always be the fw dissenters who will start a day late.
