I drink it first thing in the morning as part of my diet but would it be as beneficial to drink more throughout the day. & does it have the same benefits as lemon juice with cold water.

Well it will stimulate the bowels and it can help u burn calories.. The body has to expend energy to cool the water to body temp and thus burns calories.. The same goes for cold water. Best to take large gulps and not sip because it tells the body to absorb the liquid faster. If u were to properly hydrate yourself for thirty days streight u would loose around 10 to 15 pounds just from drinking enough water. Go figure..?

Its supposed to kick start you liver which does a really hard job if you live an unhealthy lifestyle. Its best to drink the lemon in warm water no hot. This used to be considered one of those alternative things but is getting more and more press as being a very healthy way to start the day. Dont know that it does any good once youve started eating/drinking coffee etc

I drink it too. It releases the toxins from the body. Drinking sips of hot water thru the day is beneficial. Lemon juice is packed with Vit C so should be good for you.

it kick starts your metabolism and also acts as a mini detox for your body. another drink which has the same benefit is a piece of root ginger in hot water which can be taken during the day also and curbs your appetite too so as to avoid any unhealthy snacking!

It has something to do with aiding digestion, but the more fluid you drink the better for the system. Of course you don't want to become too bulbous so maybe around 2-3 ltres is good.

drinking water throughout the day stop,s your body storing water so it keep,s your weight down so drink as much as u can water is best.
