Ask your chemist for advice. My mother-in-law recently had mouth ulcers after her chemotherapy. She couldn';t eat and was miserable from the pain. We tried bonjella but it didn't help and so I spoke to the chemist who gave me something much better which worked almost immediately. Unfortunately she's gone on her travels with the ointment, so I can't give you the name.
Mouth ulcers are miserable - I'm sorry to hear about your little boy's troubles. Hope he gets better soon.

I feel for him , I suffer from Mouth ulcers alot and they are very painful.

Try some Bonjella, warm salt water mouthwash, and definatly give him some paracetamol, or some kind of pain killer to ease the discomfort.

Mouth ulcers should only last about 10 days, any longer and you should take him back to the Doctors.

Calpol for the pain get him to the GP he/she may prescribe Nystatyn or some other meds. If the child is not eating he could be run down and this will add to the problem.

Obviously he needs antibiotic.

It can be very problematic with breathing problems if it causes a lot of swelling.

Go and see the doctor immediately

BONJELLA - go to a chemist and ask for bonjella cream, its good, it creates a thick layer over the ulcer which takes away any pain and stops it from being infected
