well, Do at least 30 minutes of exercise, like brisk walking, most days of the week, Eat Less Fat and Sugar, Eat a Wide Variety Of Foods(to help you get vitamins and minerals) and PLZ don't take diet pills! i heard they are really bad for you and don't make much of a difference!( not that i would know!)
but before you lose weight make sure you are overweight!

If you can stand eating a lot of meat, eggs and cheese. Try the attkins diet. It's pretty strict for the first 2 weeks but a lot of people have had good luck on it. Walking helps a lot too. Good luck

1. Do execrise
2. drink a lot of water
3. cut down on protein, eat fibre content more
4. fruits and vegetables contribute to your wealth of health.
5. run atleast 45 minutes every morning.
6. see that you sweat a lot during your morning jog.
7. see that you eat light dinner. very light.
