Fasting can be tiring if you just idling around with nothing to do except sleeping and waiting for the break fast time.
Well, fasting helps to cleanse your digestive systems but remember not to over-eating during the break fast time since your stomach has been 'sleeping' the whole day and by eating a lot at one time, you will only 'shocked' your stomach.
Who says you wont lose weight by fasting. After 3 days now, I lost 2 kilos. In the morning you have a normal meal but when breaking fast, you eat the dates and drink milk and just a quarter of food.
Good luck.

its not really fasting when u get to eat as soon as the sun sets.
If it really bothers u get u before sunrise as some of my muslim friends do and have breakfast.
Or you could move to a country in the top of the northern hemisphere were the sun goes down at 3pm

I've tried it a couple of times, in a variety of ways.
absolute fasting (only drinking water) or
solid avoidance (only drinking fruit juices).
It is an awful way of messing up with your metabolism, it slows it down, and makes you prone to gaining weight faster, afterwards.}
Also, the lack of nutrients, promote skin damage, hair britles, and even mouth sores.
Hope you stop doing that to yourself.

Do you why muslim fasting? Well this is part of what muslim must do during their ramadan month. This had nothing to do if he/she tired or not.
