my light dont shine at nite cant tell if their on i changed bulb but cant see through covers. what do i do.

May want to buy some very fine polish for plastic or wet sand paper 2500 grit. and polish the lense cover. The covers must be expensive, unless buying them from a bone yard.

Replace the head lights. Not the bulbs. Over time they discolor and makes the lights look dim.

You usually need a Phillips (cross faced) or a Robertson (square faced) screwdriver. Take a look at the screws to see which kind of driver you need, hopefully it will be a Robertson or slot screw driver because Phillips are G_ awful to work with. If the covers are just for show, don't replace them, stuff always seems to work inside of them.
