how does a censor work exactly?let's say for a car.when it goes more than x speed,the censor will beep.why is this so?

I'm very very sorry.what i meant to say was how do we create a censor and what is actually in it?

When the car hits a certain speed, the radar gun/whatever detects that the pulse it sent at the car or to the drivetrain returned faster than X value. This goes to a computer that sends a signal to the alarm that beeps.

ITS SAME LIKE A METER WHICH SHOWS YOU THE SPEED. IT IS CONNECTED TO IT SO WHEN THE SPEED EXCEEDS IT WILL BEEP.
