Noah is an imaginary charachter from the bible who according to the book lived to be almost a millenium old, as opposed to Nebuchadnezzar who probably only lived to be 50.

No...Noah was a guy who built a big boat to survive a flood...Nebuchadnezzar was the name of four Babylonian kings. I don't see how you could confuse them.
