I had a friend in high school who lived alone with her dad and siblings. I swear they lived on this recipe. You gotta have a little meat grinder (maybe you could just chop it real fine)
Put Spam, Velveeta, 1 onion in grinder. Spoon it onto a half hamburger bun and broil open face until cheese melts. Very good.

Dice it up and add it with some cheese to make an omelet.
Slice it real thin, fry it and then put it on some toasted bead with lettuce, mustard and hot peppers. You could also add some cheese whiz. Enjoy!

Lightly saute it in a beer sauce...yummy! You could also use the Monty Python recipe...just add baked beans!

Have you tried breading it in crushed crackers and browning it, or cornmeal. I have done both.
