If you want them really blond:
use once a week a silver shine shampoo.
The purple dye in the shampoo will keep the blonds from getting yellow or goldy looking, it will keep it nice a baby blond.
The purple hue works as a toner.

John Frieda makes a line of hair products that is just for blonde or highlighted hair. You can find them at Walmart or most grocery-drugstores. I use them everyday and it really brightens up my blonde hair and it always looks like I just got a fresh new color. I recommend it. Also Pantene makes a similiar line, but I have not personally tried it.

if it's natural, sun at the salt water beach and peroxide. if it's not and you do this, you may have copper hair. i love real blonde's at the beach, that color, it's like so blonde, it's almost white highlighted. if you are bleached blonde, i don't know, don't try what i said. you don't even need the the peroxide if you are at a beach, really, but it's cute, but whitish okay...

there are a whole load of colour refresh shampoo available,, use either a violet or silver colour,, preferably from a hair salon as they could quickly look at how gold your hair has gone and recommend the best colour to use,, if they have gone the other way and gone grey, you would need a gold based shampoo to re introduce tone
