It's a definite maybe. Either Jefferson or a close relative of his was an ancestor to her descendants. It can't be proved that he himself was the father of her children but it seems the most likely scenario.

Yes, DNA testing proved it. This was in the news a couple years ago.

a battery of dna tests performed several years ago say irrefutably yes. do with that info what you may.
