Why can't I play video podcasts in iTunes 7?

I downloaded video podcasts from the iTunes music store but when I try to play it in iTunes, i hear the sound but all i see is the color white. Help!

they were in mpg 4 format. in itunes 6 iwas able to play them

First make sure wether they are in apple compatible (QUICK TIME) compatible format.
it must be in 3gp,3gpp,mp4 or H.264 video support

if not dont worry look for converter software on www.downlaod.com
