Usually in the shower, with shampoo. You know, like it says on the bottle, "lather, rinse, repeat".

once in a week use oil on your hair an left that oil on your hair for 12 hours and after that wash your hair with water and sampoo

Umm you get your boyfriends **** once in awhile and use it. Works pretty good if you ask me. Its awesome. Umm. Iknow it sounds disgusting but you should try it, helped my hair

use a mild shampoo and before shampooing make sure to do a head massage with hot oil(coconut would do).....
