First, it's mostly HOW you say it, not what you say.
Second, Jesus didn't starve to death. You don't starve in less than 24 hours. He just had a big Passover meal the night before...
Third, you are not the Holy Spirit. You should never have had control over "those souls" in the first place.
Fourth, the plank in your own eye.... Don't forget God judges your heart.
Fifth, prayer is better than confrontation. It's in prayer you will get God's heart for that person. Oh, and pray "positive" prayers. Not "Lord, show them how rotten in sin they are!" but rather, "God, reveal to them who You really are.." (eph. 1:17-19). WHAT you pray for them is as important as the fact you do at all.
PS--When the Bible talk about "the lust of the flesh," it means more than sexual immorality and over-eating. The root of it all, the number one vice, is PRIDE. That's what it all boils down to. And for that, I would say you... well, I would reiterate my point about taking care of the plank in your own eye and remembering that God is looking after dealing with YOUR heart... I appreciate your zeal, but...
I would say that if they are coming to you for counsel, advice them in the root areas, not merely the outward manifestations.

U would be offended too! People aren't always over weight because they eat too much anyway, some ppl are because of illness. What do u think Jesus would say if u talked down to people this way? Thinking u r better than anyone is a sin, hopefully ur skinny *** will end up exactly where it belongs!

Of for goodness sake, don't be so self righteous. This is the real world remember, and in the real world people have issues that make it difficult for them to conquer their problems and for some, this includes overcoming their unhealthy eating habits. It is more than just controlling temptation, there are a lot of mental issues that go with overindulgence, have you ever heard of Binge Eating Disorder? Think reverse Anorexia and it is just as difficult to overcome.
If you are going to be a complete idiot, then you are not worth my breath and I'm not even sure why I am bothering with you. Do you think god wants you to go around judging people and telling others how to live their lives? No, focus on your own life and let other people deal with their own problems, because you certainly are not helping!
Have a good day!

This instance of ownage has been numbered for your convenience.
1) Chubbiness doesn't imply gluttony. Some people have a higher body mass index than others and are naturally chubby. So when you start talking about how they have to not eat, of course it sounds like you're calling them fat (because you are, ****) and they get pissed.
2) Satan does not exist and does not make people eat more than you think they're supposed to.
3) When you get crucified, you die slowly, but not by starvation. You eventually lose the ability to hold up your body with your legs and the way your body is bent causes your lungs to be crushed by other internal organs. You suffocate to death.
4) McDonald's is neither solely responsible for nor morally obligated to do anything about obesity or chubiness. But they do it anyway, with the whole salads and chicken thing.
5) According to your own goddamned religion, Jesus died so that you could keep living after you died. He never said anything about it being wrong for you to eat.
6) You should never, ever talk to anyone ever again. You're like some hideous beast who doesn't have any social understanding ever. You feel the need to control others, you call chubby girls obese to their faces and wonder why they get pissed at you, and you try to convert unwilling people to your religion. You are a ****.
7) Commit seppuku, please.

You moron! Jesus Christ did not starve to death on the cross. Some people have issues with their weight that have nothing to do with food. You know, it would be nice if you would actually read the Bible before you decided to try and teach it. Your ideas are far from what God intended. I am an active girl that exercises regularly, eats a balanced diet, loves the Lord and I am still not a size 0. Maybe you should think about the fact that you are judging these people before you know the whole story. You should be sure to read Proverbs.

"I am sadden that I have lost control of these souls"
I'm saddened that you think you should be able to control another human being. Just who are you? And whatever happened to "Judge not, lest ye be judged"? Well now I'm judging you...as the #1 contender for John Edwards title of Biggest Douche in the Universe.
They get offended because you're probably rude. Nobody likes rude people.
**Just because they came to see you doesn't give you a right to be a jerk.**

This is why you people annoy me, I am not a glutton..., i am not slothful, I doubt Satan is standing at the drive thru window enticing me with a frickin cheese burger....i am a spiritual person, i believe in God and read the Bible...try to be the best person i can...i am NOT christian cause Christian's say stupid stuff like this.....God blessed me with my full figure, gave a little more of me for all to love. And i believe in the Bible it states that NO ONE EXCEPT GOD SHALL JUDGE ANYONE. It is not your place to judge another human being, not on how they look, their religion, how they dress.....what they friggin' eat. It is only God's place to judge us...and im sure he isn't very happy with your statement.

It haves nothing to do with a person who is over weight. Now learn to stop trying to push your religion on others! By the way don't your bible tell you not to judge others? So grow up kid!
News flash little boy they are probably offended that you represent a part of their religion.

I can see how the things you teach are offensive to many ladies. It's true that God prefers that we take care of our bodies as they are His temples and wants us to be healthy. However, I don't think that telling them about that is appropriate for a conversion class. There are more important things to be talked about in a conversion class, and food intake can be talked about later because it's not nearly as important as leading these ladies to salvation! Secondly, the Bible does not say that Jesus starved to death on the cross. Most people believe that He was simply unable to raise Himself up to take a breath and suffocated to death, as well as succombing to His extensive wounds. I can see that you really do mean well in your class, but please don't dwell on areas that aren't as important. Maybe save it for a class that is under a different name, because the people that go to it obviously would be interesting and would accept hearing about it then. Just realize that women are sensitive beings and be careful how you word everything (and run your spiel past one before saying it to everyone!)

Well
I recently found a good online resource about hypothyroidism. I wanted to know more about treatment options and how to stop hypothyroidism at the source and I bumped into this program called hypothyroidismrevolution. I found it very useful. Check it out here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=560
