I asked my bosses son in law who is a cop and yes Uncle Ben is 110% correct you could be arrested for assault on a police officer. Besides why would you want to waste a perfectly good donut?

The cpo throws a donut back at you. then, he'll arrest you which you will probably in jail for at least a few hours or maybe a day.

That just doesn't happen here in Los Angeles now that most of the Winchells have gone out of buisness. Here, in Los Angeles, all the cops now hang out at Starbucks, so try tossing them a cup of coffee.

That would be assaulting a police office and you might be arrested, unless you're a good talker and can convince the police officer that...... what ever excuse you think will work.

You get charged with battery on a peace officer. The great irony would be if they upgrade to "assault with a deadly weapon."

If its a regular cop, he'll get mad. however, if its an animal control cop, he'll be very happy. therefore, if its swat, they'll shoot you. but, if its a highway patrol officer, they'll just crash on to the center divider.
