Let us suppose that they were the first people on earth. What was the color of their skin?? If they were white then how come there are people of all colors, black, white, brown?? Or is it that they had children who were black, brown, white?? Or was it that one was brown, white... something like that?? How do you explain it?? If you can then is it that modern science is not correct or if you cant then is it that what is given in the holy scriptures that are word of "God" is false??

I hv never seen two white people having a black child or vice-versa. (Unless.....) Were they special cases in which they had children of all colors?? Then how come the color of whites hv not changed . British hv lived for hundreds of yrs in africa, india all over thw world. They didnt change to the color of the people of the country the conquered. Blacks hv not changed to whites after the arrived in America.

Many things have happened since those days. The first big event was the fall of man which seemed to have converted the Earth from a paradise to not such a paradise. When that happened things started changing probably. Then another event happened which was Noah's flood which also probably changed the climate of the earth from a near paradise to worse. Then another event happened which might explain partially why there all these different kinds of people. The people built a very tall tower that they were trying to make reach the heavens. God didn't like this (for various reasons) and he destroyed the tower and made it so nobody understood each other's language. It may also been at this point that people started looking different, but the Bible doesn't say that. I'm not sure what is incorrect about Science or where Science disagrees with The Bible here. I think there is a certain amount of Genetic adaptation, but that adaptation is designed. The way I see it, mutations in species when they do occurr they never benefit that species. Also there are many behaviors in species that preserve the characteristics of that species which would go against evolution. I don't broadly reject evolution. I just reject evolution as an explanation of how life came about. Evolution doesn't explain how matter came about, and how the laws of nature came about. Nobody has an explanation for that. There are no transitional species from one species to another in the fossil record, much less from one kind of animal to another, such as an fish to a mammal, but there are wide varieties of animals that share characteristics.
It's quite simple. The laws of nature tend to support degradation rather than icreases in complexity. So unless the laws of nature were different, it seems highly un-likely that the laws of nature would cause life to occur by accident. But nothing really happens by accident because matter itself is abiding by the laws of nature.

Imagine that all the races were crammed into one person. That's their skin color. They have children, their children go off and have children in some other place. Bam, you have a bunch of people in an area with the same characteristics, those of their parents. Also, exposure to sun can cause change in skin color over time. That's pretty much where it all comes from.

Since the GARDEN of EDEN is supposed to be in the middle east. And the people who call themselves ISRAELITES AND Jewish are genetically light skinned Africans then ADAM and EVE who are the first of the Tribe of Israelites and Jewish people would be the same.
There is the theory of simultaneous creation in which all the races were create in different parts of the world with skin to match the climate.
In the near east there is a circular pit that has all of the different races carved into the sides in relief plus one other.

well..... their skin was most likely white... since in the Bible (where adam and eve are from) shows white as a pure color (unblemished) ... and as to the people of different color.. that would come from the story (history) of babalon where they were building a tower to reach God. God didn't think this was the only thing they should focus their lives on... so he scattered them by language and color to "assist" them in making the right choices.

That is irrelevant. Who is to say that God didn't create more people than just Adam and Eve. Also, the Tower of Babel (Gen. 11:4-9) would explain a lot to everyone if they took time to read it. God scattered the people across the earth and gave them different languages. Think about it... people were adapting to their environment... and God just made us that way!

well the truth is the story of adam and eve was made up by ancient scholars. the reason is becoz back in those days there was so much suffering ( floods, droughts, wars, plagues etc) so people needed something to blame all this suffering on as they couldnt understand it, thats were adam and eve come in. so thats why we blve that the root of our suffering was from adam and eve.
also thats why women hve always bn looked down upon becoz of the eve factor. at least now we can blame all our misfourtunes on women

"Adam" means "mankind" in Hebrew. From there you can figure out some of the rest of it, like it is a story of allegory and metaphor, and is not meant to be taken literally despite what certain people will tell you. That "it must be taken literally" only started about 150 years ago, and is a deviation of how the Bible was meant to be used.

your question is not really relevant. regardless of whether or not you believe adam and eve were the first people, you still believe that there WERE first people, and they had only one skin colour too. the answer in both cases is that their descendants are the one whose skin changed colour as they spread across the globe.
and since the garden of eden was in africa, i'm assuming that adam and eve would have been black.
EDIT
paul h is correct... the story of adam and eve is a metaphor. even ask maimonides. adam means mankind, and eve (chava) means life.

What a completely NON astute analogy.
Ever see dogs or cats or you name it.......have babies?
they are not always the color of the mother or father.
There are also real cases were all white or all black for example couples have opposite colored children.
and for the record racism is hatred and ignorance.
Jesus declared in the bible that we ALL came from ONE BLOOD. *ETERNITY IS 4EVER. revelation 21:8
and to think........its your choice is it not? -LIVE4TRUTH =]
