There was a user called Satan Himself, I found it by using the advanced search feature and looking for users with the name "Satan".

One of his questions was:
Was game 6 of the 1975 World Series the best World Series game?

And, well, you can look for his last question before he got suspended from yahoo answers

It depends on how you choose to define satan -

Satan plays various roles in the Tanakh, the Apocrypha and New Testament. In the Tanakh, Satan is an angel whom God uses to test man for various reasons usually dealing with his level of piety. In the Apocrypha and New Testament, the term Satan refers to a preternatural entity, an evil, rebellious demon who is the enemy of God and mankind, and the central embodiment of evil. Satan is also commonly known as the Devil, the "Prince of Darkness," Beelzebub, Belial, Lucifer, and Mephistopheles.

In the Talmud and some Kabbalist works, Satan is sometimes called Samael. In the fields of angelology and demonology these different names sometimes refer to a number of different angels and demons, and there is significant disagreement as to whether any of these entities are actually evil.

In Islam, Iblīs (Arabic إبليس), is the primary devil. He is commonly referred to in the Qur'an as Shaitan. The Islamic view of Satan has both commonalities and differences with Christian and Jewish views.

Therefore bareing in mind these widely differing views it makes your question quite ambigious.

However if you mean do people ask evil questions. Of course they do, as to whether they mean malice or harm that is up to the individual. Normally these questions try and incite some sort of hatred or more extreme violence towards other people. They might use derogatory terms when describing their targets or they might be plain dumb. As to whether that is truly evil, is another question, because at the end of the day they are only a set of words on the screen, you can choose to ignore or respond it is your choice.

Obviously the ones that cause doubt. He states the facts and places doubt in the hearts of the weak and they in turn place it elsewhere. Yahoo is a powerful tool and with great power comes great responsibility. Peace.

No. Some people who do his work have. Most of them don't know it is he they serve. It is a common misconception that all of satan's laborers are evil and obvious. Some are sorta polite and appear to be fairly benign.
