As a Christian I'm embarrassed by televangelists. Here's the logic I've come up with. If donating to them will increase my prosperity 100 fold, then maybe they should be giving money to me so they can receive the 100 fold.
Prayer cloths are a copy cat of what the Apostle Paul did in the New Testament. His were authentic not a money making gimmick

That's BS. The truth of the matter is is that according to the Bible, very few people ever come to become Christians, so most people you meet are phonies. Still every once in a while you meet that one person who is the real thing. And even prophets in the bible had the power to heal. So prayer cloths are possible, but if you have to pay for them/? I wouldn't put a lot of stock into it. My advice is to find someone whom lives or trys to live a Christian life sincerely, tries to follow the teachings of Christ and tries to be like him, that person, when you find them, ask them to give you something of theirs, anything, then pray for what you want, If it is God's will, if it will bring him glory, you will have it, if not, you won't it's that simple. No matter how many prayer clothes you get, if it aint' God's will you wont get it. But then again, you might ask for something and not get it for years. You jst have to pray and ask God to bless you with your request.

Well, although there is some Biblical reference to using something like a cloth that has been prayer over....I personally never remember Jesus selling anything. The power from them must be the faith you have in receiving it.....There is a scripture about a woman touching the hem of Jesus' garment....it wasn't magical, but she had faith that something would happen when she touched it.

And if you believe them, I've got a big bridge in a desert I'd like to sell you.
It is fabric and a man on television, who claims to speak to an invisible being, is selling them. You be the judge.

The key word here is "donation" = your money. Prayer is a personal thing, and I do not believe people should be charged for it. That is what I believe.

How dumb do you have to be to think that money makes a prayer more powerful? Sorry, but that's just funny.
