I have really thin hair that gets split ends all the time! Not to mention it grows reaaaaallllllllllyyyyyyy slow...does anyone know of any good products or foods that can help? I heard prenadial pills can help is that true?

Yes, but make sure your heat setting isn't too high and that you are using a heat protector and really conditioning those ends when you wash your hair with a good conditioner. Heat will cause some damage to your hair no matter what, meaning split and broken ends, but you can do things to help keep it under control. Also, if you get a trim every 4-6 weeks and you should be fine. :) Just take care of your hair. If you are going to straighten it, just make sure you are also showing it some love in return!

Eat a healthy diet in general. If you eat your veggies and fruits and yogurt and whatever every day, you'll not only look good, but your hair will look nice. I think vitamin E is good for it too. And try not to get too much sun and wind exposure. If you're going to the beach, try braiding it so it won't get as beat up whipping all over the place. And cut your split ends asap because the longer you leave them, the worse they'll get. I'm not sure exactly what Omegas are for, in like fish oil and stuff, but it's supposed to be really good for you. maybe your heart or something, but it's still something really good for you.
