Fillings don't come out if done properly. Either your dentist is not cleaning the cavity, or not shaping it correctly, or not using correct material. Consult a different dentist. Oh year, come by your old dental office and ask to borow the X-rays. X-rays cost extra money.
If it is possible to glue a new half to a broken tooth for most dentists howcome it is not possible to fill in a cavity. Sounds like your dentist is screwing up.
No matter what you ate - chewy, sticky - whatever! fillings suposed to stay. As long as you don't crack nutshells with your teeth.

Does the filling come out after you've eaten something chewy/sticky? I know that my parents' fillings have some out sometimes. (My dad's fillings have come out a billion times!) It's usually after sticky foods, but occasionally it'll just be random. He just keeps getting it redone. I think maybe some caps just end up coming off, maybe based on the shape of the tooth?
Try talking to your dentist about it... Explain the situation (especially if it's not your fault) and see what he/she has to say. If you don't find that helpful, or think that something's wrong on your dentist's side, try looking into a new dentist.

Try a new dentist and tell him what's been going on. They have harder, stronger stuff to fill with. I would not let it go it could cause the cavity to be much larger and you could loose the tooth.

sometimes when fillings come out, they have to keep drilling deeper to make them stay in and eventually you have to get a cap. ask your dentist for advice with this. you may be eating some foods with lots of suction like caramels or something that contributes to them coming out. but get it filled cause it never gets better left out.

was the filling silver or white? try and get a silver put in because they last alot longer. Sometimes you just have to put up with it and try not to bite to much on that side so it doesnt come out again.

EXACTLY number one!!
Try a new dentist honey. Get your x rays from that one, because they cost a lot to get done again. Good luck!
P.S. Are you naked in that pic? It totally looks like it!
