I've heard that "B" vitamins at bedtime will make you sleep better. They keep me awake. However, I feel great taking them, but I do it in the mornings. Especially my action B50. A supplement you can take that will definitely help you sleep is Melatonin. It's awesome. I sleep like a baby and it's natural. You can buy it at your local health food store and many grocery stores and drug stores. Their health person and call tell you all about it. Good luck.

I don't think it would unless you are deficient in some vitamin like the b vitamins that give you energy which in turn could make you more energetic and then more tired at the end of the day. Could make you feel better in general.

it should not. however, if you want to sleep more without actually taking sleeping pills or doxylamine succinate (for example), try taking 1 tab of melatonin 15mg, at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before you hit the bed.
