It would depend on the child. I know some 9 year olds I would trust alone before some 20 year olds. I have 2 children and we began leaving them alone for about an hr. after school at age 10 and 11 due to our work schedules. But, we had two neighbors that were aware of this so if there was an emergency they had some where to go to get help. Also, you never know what can happen, unfortunately a fire or something else could happen and I felt better knowing that if it did the neighbor would know the kids were there and would make sure they got out. Make sure it is someone you trust for you just don't want anyone knowing your child is home alone. I started out by leaving them alone for a few minutes at a time. Like running to the store for 1/2 hr and leaving them at home. That way they don't get scared either.

She isn't to have any pals over and all that stuff. supply it an ordeal run and word the way it is going. Oh didnt understand you should be leaving for a week. Me, i does no longer leave my 16 year previous for an finished week. Have a kinfolk member come stay such as her
