they must not have any rights reserved for citizens or else being a citizen means nothing you could be competing with 6 billion people for jobs and a future in your life and your loved ones (and future loved ones if you can still have them).

Illegals have the right to be deported, imprisoned, and shot. Illegals only have the rights given to them by international law. They have no rights to any of the jobs here in America. They only have the right to GO BACK TO MEXICO. The companies that hire them illegally need to be punished.

Illegals shoud have the right to go back across the border as fast as we can kick their butts across it. That's the only protection they should have. And as for businesses that hire illegals, they should be fined a huge amount for each illegal they employ and for each day they work. Then, the money the illegals have made should be confiscated before they get kicked back across the border. If we get them in the pocketbook, they won't be so quick to come across.

All people that live in this country are protected by the laws regardless of citizenship status. THIS is our country. We live here, work here and pay taxes. Must I remind you that the first wave of American settlers were technically "illegal immigrants".
As for the companies that hire them, I'm sure you buy many of their products thanks to the cheap labor of undocumented workers. Stop being such a hyprocrite.

Well that is a difficult question to answer, first of all we are not the only country dealing with illegals, Japan, Germany, Korea, and other European countries, heck even Canada has a problem. Then you go to the extreme and say make them all go back to their country, well let me tell you something the only thing that keeps the prices low in America is the low paying jobs that people from other countries are willing to take, if they all went away guess what, that's right the price of everything would go up. So you see I for one think that making them leave would not work in the long run, I do believe how ever that if we made them pay taxes like the rest of us then that would make them think twice between leaving and staying.

Well, if you were economically sane, you would know that many companies depend on cheap (illegal) labor to provide US Americans with the cheap products we have the luxury to be able to buy, and if your STUPID desire for all of them to be sent back were to be accomplished, then the companies tht hire them would just relocate to MEXICO, where the cheap labor is, Illegals are keeping prices down and since they are HUMAN, they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, even if they did comit ONLY A MISDEMEANOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(that is what it's called, not MURDER you redneck hillbilly!!!!!!)
and one more thing, you dont have to be a citizen of the US to have rights in this country, you can also be a LEGAL RESIDENT

Everyone should be treated with human dignity and respect, and certain human rights should always be observed. But illegal is illegal, and companies that hire illegals should be fined to the max and their management should go to jail.

The word "illegal" should answer that question!
We, as American citizens, are not allowed to do things that are "illegal" therefore, any attempt to commit an "illegal" act, should be prosecuted as it would be if WE did the act.
If any persons from a different country wanting to live here in America, should gain entrance as most of the present foreign citizens did and not inhabit the country "illegally".
They do not deserve benefits that so many of our "legal" citizens are deprived of because of "overcrowding". When found, they should be deported and tracked, somehow, so that when they return, (and they will try), they will do jail time and not time working and sending money back to their families. To come to American "illegally" would not be as attractive as it seems to be now.

I think that they should have rights, and they should have more. They should have the same rights as you do, after all we were all created equal. Guess what? whatever country they came from was their old country, the UNITED STATES of AMERICA is their country now, and I don't think they will be leaving soon.
