Why do we loathe them so much?

There are only 2 missionary religions in the world.
Islamic.. Christianity. There are 180 diametrically opposed. Like a North & South magnet. For a reason.
A reason for which, those who don't make rapture will very abundantley understand later. The false prophet and false messiah will come from the Islamic religion.
Now. You believe what you want to. You have been told.

Which children are hated the most by other children? The shy kids or the bullies? The muslims and christians are disliked because it is they who "pick on" others, but like any bully, they cry like a baby when their victims fight back.

Because they live lives of depth that bother most who can't help but measure their superficial existence against those religions. Christianity and Islam are a buzzkill when all you want to do is watch MTV, eat cheetos, and hope you can continue to fool yourself into thinking such is a life worth living.

People hate religion primarily because they hate the idea of Hell and Constraint
They figure that if they dont believe, they have no potential Hell to await them for the sins they've committed throughout life
More importantly, the beliefs and rituals of Christians and Muslims are considered by some as "radical"

Because they are both (as a general rule) very legalistic and hung up on the writings of men. They lack flexibility and a realistic attitude, because they are hung up on what is written in black and white instead of seeing what is good and true for themselves. They are also two very large groups, so of course they are going to take hits.
