in "food"
V= β vita- vita is not a true B, it is pronounced as the English V
X = ξ xi- pronounced like the "x" at the end of "box"
Y= γ gamma- pronounced almost as a "y" before certain letters
Z= ζ zita- pronounced the same

Some of the letters that cheezerguy tells you - H, P, X, Y - look exactly like English capital letters but they stand for DIFFERENT Greek capital letters. H - Eta - is a long E. P - Rho - is actually R. X - Chi - is the double letter CH. And Y - Upsilon - is just U. So it depends what you mean by "match".
