Ok i'm trying to get fit and i'm 13 and i'm 5"7 and i weigh 135. So i'm doing 150 sit ups in the morning and at night and i'm doing 15 push ups in the morning and at night and of course i stretch and do all that. Anyway do you think thats too much or do you think thats a good amount of work on my body???

if you are just starting out with exercises go slow..start with 50 and every week go up.This gives your muscles time to build up and not get strained.the 15 push ups are ok. try walking everyday and drink a lot of water all day.
