Mill - it's just as strong now because it is real. and it is love. That's what happens when you love someone. Love doesn't stop when someone is gone. But it gets easier, and it will turn a bit off of it's current axis, and you will be able to experience it differently. The pain will become more of a memory, and the love will be in front of the pain. It will take time, but trust me honey, it gets easier.

Pain is a funny thing but with time it does subside. I think that suicide makes it even harder because people always wonder what they could have done to stop it from happening. The old saying that time heals all wounds is true but sometimes it takes one person longer than another. I will remember you and pray that things get better for you.

i am sorry for your loss. I too lost my adopted son by murder at 24. It has been a long time ago and it still hurts very badly. I think when you have plans and dreams and they are suddenly ripped away it makes a very deep wound.

I am so sorry to hear this. It will take much, much more time for this wound to heal; seven months just isn't long enough and you may never be completely 'over' it.

Be strong and my best to you.
