I don't go to this restaurant often but it's actually pretty close to where I live. Everytime I go in to eat she's always busy and she never waits on the table I'm at. We've made eye contact numerous times but everytime I kind of just freeze. She probably has gotten the hint I am interested in her but I have never come out and said it. She works usually during the weekends I know for sure. My question is, what is the best way to approach her/ask her out without freaking her out?

If it were me in that situation I would want you to just come out and talk directly to me ,remember 1st impressions are what matters the most , just be yourself and if its meant to be it will be.

Well if it were a romantic movie, when she did wait your table...you could give her the order?..then your phone number.
But! seeing as this is the real world try this:
If you go next time, try taking a older woman with you e.g. your Mom-or Aunt-or gran.!!
Then ask her if she waits your table.Nothing will work better than this really.And if she says no, then she just is not able to...or has another reason.
p.s. other from that...don't get crazy,as some do...o.k.

If you ever get her, write your number and call me on the bill or something. Otherwise, just approach her the way you normally would with a girl, mention how you see her often and want to see more of her.

First off, it's gonna be kinda hard to meet her since she's on duty. But if you're waiting in the lobby, and she happens to be there, start up a casual converstaion with her. Get to know alot about her and ask her for her number. You can take it from there

Leave a small note and your number on back of a receipt....girls love that! Write something like " would you go out with me sometime?" or " how about a date"...then put your number on it and give it to her or leave it at the desk for "whatever her name is" Good Luck:)
