Wrong topic, but I'll answer your question...

You can damage your tires, your suspension, and possibly your wheels, and steering alignment as well.

I would recommend at least having your tires inspected for safety.

Probably won't hurt you tires but can cause a ton of other damage.
You may have knocked the wheel out of balance or thrown you alignment off for starters.
Depending on how fast you were going and the angle you hit the curb at you could have bent your suspension parts or your steering parts if it was a front wheel.
If you don't notice anything different when driving after you hit the curb you should be ok but I would pull the wheel and give everything a visual inspection just to be sure.

Very possible, I would take my car in to a tire store so that a trained professional can take a look at my tires, there could be some damage to the tire that can't be seen, or in an area that is hard to reach to look at.

If you hit it really hard it could bruise a tire or even bend the wheel. You should be able to look at it and see if there is any damage. If you bent a wheel it will probably vibrate if you drive over about 50 mph. Good Luck.

it is not likely to have damaged your tires unless you hit it at any speed or at a funny angle if it happened at an agle it has a possibilty of cutting into the tire wall and weaking the tire it may also have even damaged your tracking.

if it was head on but at speed and damage would have been quiet obvious usually a blown tire. altho id still be inclined to get them checked out

i have had all 3 oof these happen to me at some point so i know it can happen

It depends how fast you were going. Sometimes the steel or polyester belts inside the tire are damaged. Have your mechanic or tire shop check them out especially if the sides of the tires seem to have unusual bulges or indentations.

It always depended on how fast I went over the curb.
Most of the time, it did nothing but knock my front alignment out of whack. If you cannot feel the tires shimmy at slow speeds, your tires are OK. Probably did nothing.

it can depending on what style of curb you have and how you hit it. i have bent a rim on the striaght up and down curbs but never on a sloped one. just check your rims and if they are bent keep an eye on that tire for a day or two. if it leaks you broke "the bead" and need to have it reseated. but if you dont lose any air dont worry about it just dont do it again.

Yes it could, check your tires for any irregularities. Also check your tires using the "Penny Test" if you don't trust them. How the "Penny Test" works is you have to get a penny then put the penny in between the treads in each of your tires. The tread should cover at least half of the penny. Only do this if you don't trust your tires.

If you hit it head on at some speed andheard a loud bump you could not only destroy the tire, you could bend or crack the wheel rim and throw the wheel allignment out.
