You could remove the label from store-bought wine or beer and make your own label, stick it on and pretend you made it yourself.

Otherwise, you're going to have to follow a recipe and wait a while for it to ferment.

You might as well as how you can buy yourself a Porsche without studying to get a well-paid job to afford the payments and insurance. The best things in life require effort, my impatient friend!

Years ago i new a guy that was a guard at a prison and he would tell me that the prisoners would get their fruit that they would be served for "chow" and stuff it in one of their socks and like wrap it in a garbage bag and save it under the garbage cans so they wouldnt get caught. Theyd wait until they thought it had fremented. Desperate measures.I dont know how true that is.

Check eckraus.com for wine and beer information.

You have to wait for the mixture to ferment and for the yeast to process the sugars into alcohol.

You don't.
That's how long it takes. It's like asking "how do I bake bread without the flour or waiting a whole hour while it bakes?"

Don't you think there's a *reason* breweries and wineries take that amount of time when they make it?

If you're that impatient, just buy the crap.
