Call the cops....i certainly know what its like to have a guy like u and you not like him back. Its frustrating because they think your playing hard to get when your really serious about not liking him. If your being nice and polite about it be blunt and rude and let him know in a serious tone that u dont like him and for him to stop calling you. If u hurt his feelings then thats what he gets because he didnt get the hint in the first place...if it becomes stalkerish then i'd call the authorities. good luck :)

You might need to get a little harsh with him, but that can also backfire. I don't think you want to make him angry.
If he keeps going, tell somebody who can do something about it. A (civil-minded) parent, the police, whoever you feel comfortable telling.
