Matt won it, by a TKO 3min in the third round, He noticed that BJ was slowin down because BJ wasn't pacin himself for the match and wound up wearin himself down and Matt capitalized on the third round wear to finish him off.
I think that's what Matt was tryin' to do; let BJ wear himself down and then move in for the finish.
