"fast" is not the way to go when you are trying to lose weight. The target weight loss is one and a half pounds a WEEK, but you will probably lose at a faster rate in the beginning. Losing weight loss too fast is linked with all sorts of health problems. I do not know your health, age, or metabolism, so I cannot give you any specific advice. But the main ingredient to success is consistency and habit. It does not matter if you eat and exercise perfectly for two weeks then bounce back to the old ways. Better to eat and exercise moderately well for the long haul.

Hi. Avoid pills and look into diet shakes, or as they are now called, full meal replacement drinks. I sell one that comes in vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry and it works great. Details are below are at my site:

Also, cardio is great for burning fat and I applaud you for doing cardio...but you should include some weight lifting. Light weight with high reps will increase your fat burning ability, keep your from getting flabby as the weight comes off and give you long lean muscles. Your goal should be to lose 2 pounds per week. This is a very realistic goal.
Small goals and easy wins will keep you motivated.

walking will do it...get a headset radio and walk to your favorite beat....start out at 20 minutes a day for two weeks...then boost to 30 the next week....before long you will be up to 5 miles in one hour....you will lose inches at first.(because the body fights to hold on to that weight) but after that even your appitite will be regulated. First work for the muscles and then they will work for you...(even when you are sleeping)...God speed and it's good to see you exersize your fingers to formulate a plan with friends...bye now

Follow the diabetic diet---1300 calories a day. No more than 150gms of carbohydrates a day.
That means a lot of "free" food like pickles, lettuce, celery, and cukes.
Good luck to you!

The answer is to lower the # of calories in. No pill can do this. I hate to say it but eat less, plain and simple.
Change how you look at food. It is no longer recreation or confort. It is only for nutrition and that's it! NO more fastfood, no more convenience food, no more candy or trashy stuff.

who says you shouldn't use weights? it's probably best to do both. having better muscle tone helps boost your metabolism. plus, muscles requires more energy to operate so your body burns more calories during the day. if you lift lighter with more reps, you'll tone more instead of building huge muscles. you want to lose weight but you don't want your arms and legs to be squisy do you? :)
