i say tell her. i mean, she probably will feel weird talking to you for a while, but she'll get over it and you can be friends again. but you need to be direct, and say "i like you and i was wondering if it was mutual. if not, no problem, i'd like to still be friends." and if the answer is no, then chill and let her have some space for a while and then the next time you see her act like everything is normal.
i've been on the girl-who-is-liked end of the stick before a few times, and it's never that the guy likes you that makes you not want to be friends anymore. it's that he starts acting all needy and depressed and jealous around you, which is weird. so if you can be cool and honest at the same time, then do that. if not, keep it to yourself.

That is a common problem to friends but only a few resulted to what you are scared of. So that you won't experience what you are afraid of, it is better for you to observe her feelings towards you. You can also ask her women-friends if she has somebody or if she is sharing them something about you.
There is also no need to tell her how you feel right now so that you won't be evaded as you fear, BUT you can SHOW (you love)her and observe her reactions. There are many ways you can do that. By the time you are sure she feels the same, then i can say congratulations.

I would say that you, that you should tell her.
I was in a situation once like yours. I had a friend who liked me more than a friend. I didn't find out until it was too late he had told me when he was already in a serious relationship with someone else. I often look back and wonder what would have happened if he had told me earlier. He didn't want to risk our friendship either, but we are still friends now today even though I know how he felt.
If she is truly your friend no matter what she will always be your friend.

Give her a friendship card, with a Flower. She's going to ask you what's the occasion? Tell her it's just, "BECAUSE". and Thank her for being your friend.
Don't say anything else to her about it. She's going to think about it forever....just act Normal in your existing relationship...it may take some time but she'll probably start having feelings for you especially if she sees you with another girl, laughing and having fun..Give it some time and pray about it.

You can't tell her honey. It's much better to have her in your life as a friend, than to not have her in your life at all. it's probably a crush, that happens between friends sometimes. Let it go and try to focus on finding another love interest. I'm sorry, I would just hate to see you lose a friend.

Just tell her you like her. If you want her as more than a friend, you shouldnt just settle because of fear of losin her friendship. If she's not interested than just go on with being friends. If she's a true friend, she wont make too much of it and continue being your friend. But hey, if she does like you, you just got what you wanted!!! See how that works??? ;)

I'd try and keep the friendship going if you don't even know for sure how good of friends you are. Otherwise she may walk at this point and time.

tell her man
If you have some guts you will go and tell her exactly how you feel, and who knows, maybe she feels the same way towards you. You will never know unless you give it a try,and it`s a risk worth taking. Its now or never.
Good Luck!

In my opinion i say that you give her little hints at a time. It should get her in that thinking mode and get her to think about "Hmm, what would happen if we did date?" If that doesn't work then i say you straight out tell her, if you really really like her and if you two are good friends, she won't let anything happen to your friendship. good luck!
