Wait unti you calm down and try to reason with them later about it. If it works better for you write them a letter explaining your feelings. Obviously, you are upset about something and you all need to "talk" about each others views. See, there is always two sides of thinking so just for awhile pretend you are in the other persons shoes and see how you would respond or what you would do or say. Sometimes it is eaiser to really understand where some are coming from instead of jumping to conclusions. They should do the same also. It's okay to vent sometimes. Good Luck:)

how old r u? I mean jumping up and down and stomping, u want them to treat u like an adult than stop acting like a two year old. maybe you need to speak to a counselor about how to better express your feelings. You can't go through life throwing fits it might work at home but in the really world u will be rejected. Be good to your parents, no matter how they act they love u, and in the end they just want the best for you. look at their point of view. earn their respect and they will give u yours. good luck

Look your mom and dad are probably upset at you wright know.I would go in your room turn on your music if you can.Start breathing in and out.Have a good cry. Then after a couple of hours when thing are to rest and let them know you are sorry that you'll try and never let it happened again.Every kid does it but hopefully next time you will think about it the next time.

Apologize to your parents for behaving so in appropriately, think about what behavior might have been more effective in getting the issue worked out, and practice behaving that way in the future.

I sometimes still throw temper tantrums... but not alot. But what helps me is to think about why i got soo mad and if it was worth the screaming and yelling.

Say sorry to them they'll understand why you felt like that.
Also tell them that you understand whatever they did that made you so angry.
If you do this, you'll forget the guilt and anger.

Take some time to cool off, then go and apologize to your folks, and tell them you are ready to discuss things calmly.
