Ask questions about her like, her favorite movies, places, food, drinks, T.V. shows, sports, myspace, etc. Get her to open up to you.

Well Weather is usually the answer..but then again...
You can always talk about the lastest movies and if she has seen them and then turn that into a favorite actor conversation which turns into a...dinner a a moive out night question
