Both! From our prophet's live we know that he was a very wise men he was called "Al-amin" this means trust worthy. He was very good ad business deals and also very truthful and honest in all his dealings with people. Our Prophet was kinda "the business manager" for Haciti Kadija, This was a rich business lady of Mecca who later married him and became the first Muslim. But the descision of marrying was based on the fact that she thought he was very smart and honest. Our prophet did not know how to read and write but some of the things we know today the "Sunna" teachings of the prophet and the word of God "the Qur'an" Where taught to him by Allah, through angel gabriel or "Jibrail". This intelligence included many amazing things on how to treat Justly others, Humanity, Charity, Love, dealing with family, miliatry, head of state, to even food, music etc... So you might say Both! But then again are we not all given everything we have by God anyway :) ? LOL Great Question!

There has never been any way to prove the existence of God, consequently there is no way to prove that anyone is receiving anything, including wisdom, from God.
That includes Jesus and Muhammad and any body else.
If this is not true then provide your proof.

The mention of Paraclete in Bibles is suppossed to mean Prophet Muhammad as Muslims believe. Translation of Paraclete means The Praised ONe or in Arabic it means Muhammad. Muslims believe that Paraclete is our prophet. Also there is a mention of a coming of prophet in Paran. Paran is the word for Mecca.
And he said, the Lord came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; and shined forth from Mount Paran and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them. (Deuteronomy 33:2)
Muhammad conquered Mecca with an army of 10000
Muhammad's name appeared in Haggai 2:7 under the hebrew word mahmad () which means praised one (Muhammad is Arabic for praised one). It almost undoubtedly is referring to the Arabic Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

Probably not. But don't you think that it takes divine intervention to make a person who is outcast and exiled by his own townspeople, to returning and conquering them?
