Women like to be approached with a sweet, funny joke (not corny). It's also refreshing to meet a guy who doesn't look down at your chest, who is respectful but shows interest so there is no confusion.

Try doing something interesting to catch our attention. If that doesn't work, a compliment will do. Those always work, but be sure to keep the conversation going until it ends in success, (phone number) unless you see her regularly. Then, you can just see her a few times before you try moving to the next step.

By treatin us respectfully. Come and say hi to us, ask our name, and lay it out on the table. Tell a girl you think shes pretty and you wanna hang out with her. Dont keep flirting with her if she says she has a man, and dont try sayin "thats ok we can just be friends", we arent dumb. We know what you want that to lead to. If she says no to givin you her number, dont press on it.
