I have been working with this new company for two months. I have crush on this co-worker. For the past weeks i have been looking at him in a way and he did look at me back....Do you think he knows that i like him? Do you think he'll make his move?

He dose not know you like him. He's not 100% sure even if he thougth about it. You need to make him know you like him and that it is ok if he can move on you. You make it clear to him that he has no reason not to. Now you don't have to say this in words. Say hi to him everyday, playfully hit him, ask him what you think of your new dress or something like that. Led him on to you. If he is still is not sure you really like him not as a friend you have to make the move. It will be a load off his back in wondering if he should ask you or not.

You should make the first move. Start by talking to him, hes not going to know anything by you just lookin at him. He might just think you're a flirt. By talking to him, he knows your intentionally giving him that attention.

girl be glad that he hasnt noticed you and cut your loses. there are too many things that can go wrong in this situation and not enough things that can go right. he can file sexual harassment or anything girl leave that man alone
