Christ died for the forgiveness of all of our sins. If a Homosexual has accepted Jesus Christ into their heart as Lord and Savior, then they will go to heaven. If Homosexuals were judged by their works then so would the rest of us Christians. "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8,9

do they STILL go to hell? Well, Christians don't go to hell. But if a Christian is gay.....if they are REALLY saved, and are gay.... I guess God expects them to try to do something about it. I wish I could remember the name of this guy who spoke at my school, but he was gay and became Christian, went to counseling for his problems, and then he became straight and is now married with kids. he said that "it's not that i didn't like women, it was that i didn't know how to relate to men..."

Anyway, the point is this: sin is sin. God hates all sin. You can't be gay and not go to God with it and ask him to help you, and then when you die and you're facing God say, "sorry God, but I was born this way," cuz God knows he didn't make you gay, since he said homosexuality is a sin. Either way, sin is sin. you can be Christian and gay, I think, but sin is sin. It's a huge sin that i would imagine would hinder a relationship with Christ. Luckily, however, I haven't had to deal with that, so I can't say for sure. But I would imagine gay people can accept salvation, but if they don't ever try to turn from being homosexual, I don't know if they were truly saved.... but again, I'm not the authority on this, God definately is the one to know who is and is not saved.

Well, I hope that helps.

Does your conscience tell you that it is possible to burn forever for doing an act that doesn't hurt anyone else? Of course not. I'm not saying that being gay is the right way to be, but I can't picture a loving God damning someone for an act like this that doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights anymore than I can picture not loving my child anymore if he chooses to be gay. It may not be what I would have wanted for him, and it may go against my personal preferences but I could not love my child any less if he chose to be gay. Don't let Bible thumpers convince you that they are the mouthpiece of God. The Bible was written and compiled by PEOPLE, and as such it is NOT perfect.

The blood of Jesus covers all sin--even homosexuality. Only God knows for sure when someone has repented of sin and accepted forgiveness through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. God judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Being "gay" in and of itself does not disqualify someone from going to heaven, but God does condemn homosexual behaviors (as well as adultery, lying, stealing, cheating, overeating, etc.) and warns that indulging repeatedly in these things may be a sign that we haven't truly surrendered our lives to Christ at all.

No cause the bible "claims" it's a sin well I should say that is the meaning the Christians claim it means. However sins are forgiven so therefor they would not go to hell.
I don't believe in non of that nor do I believe in hell or heaven.

Sincerely accepting Jesus into your heart guarantees your ticket to heaven. The gays I know claim to be atheist or agnostic, so I'm not sure it's an issue. I believe (emphasis on "I") that a homosexual who has accepted Jesus would realize that their lifestyle is a sin.

If they have accepted Jesus Christ into their life and into their heart, and are saved they will go to Heaven. But, if they are living, practicing the gay lifestyle, they will go before God on Judgment Day and answer to him. And only God knows what he will decide. He will look into your heart to see if you truly love him and are truly are a Christian. He is all knowing, you will not be able to hide anything from him. That will be decided on Judgment day.

Satanist_highschoolchick,
No. No one is condemned for being Gay. Anyone can be condemned for not believing in the Lord Jesus Christ. You have to trust God, not be a perfect angel. God doesn't want your perfection. He's surrounded by it, He knows what it looks like, and we aren't it!

So trusting God through Jesus Christ is how we get into heaven.

If you don't believe in hell why did you ask this question. You don't have to believe in hell to go there.
