What i read from Unlimited Power. Everytime you feel the surge of happiness like the time when you received a cristmas gift, you spouse propose to you, you had you first kiss or so on: clutch your hand. Do that everytime you feel happy.

When you are sad. Do the same thing, suddently, you will feel the same surge of feeling, the feeling that once made you happy.

This method is called, Anchor. It's the same concept like the the dog and the bell.

Hope this will hepl.

What everything, what could you have done that everybody is yelling at you. If you have done something wrong usually owning up to it and apologizing goes a long way. You sound a bit paranoid I remember a saying for people who are always worried about what other people think about them.

You would be surprised at how little people do think about you on a daily basis. You see people are too caught up thinking about themselves.

well, not sure what they been yelling you about, but i know when i have been blamed for things this is what i do. i know it sounds strange, but 8 years back when going threw alot of crap from others, and seamed that all they did was blaming me alot, when yes i know some my fault, but i alone didnt cause the problems. i was told to write down, things, by saying first "its not my fault.... and then list it.. i bet i have a 5 subject note book with them all starting like that. i felt dumb and crazy for writting it, but it really helped! cause i got it off my chest that kinda i forgave myself , or to ease my mind that i didnt do all the mess. its like writting it down, and then just putting it behind you. crazy sounding but it helped me to write down even things that went on. i started writing like to no one, but later when life started to come around in good ways, i found that my writtings was a way i prayed. and like i was turning it over to god. so how ever you look at it, you get it out of your mind, and be done with it, like getting it off your chest. then just avoid the people that is yelling at you. you have to feel good of yourself, go do something that makes you happy, and keep the negtive people away from you.
hope it works if you try it. just my way to deal with stress.

What's important is you don't blame yourself for anything that they've been blaming on you.
You should know that if it's not your fault, there's no reason for you to feel guilty.
