too many to count. we were together for 3 years and he treated me like ****... classic cheating asshole. Sometimes breakups should be final. It would have saved me a lot of heartbreak.

I've been eight years with this guy; I love him to death. But family problems halt alot. He is wonderful, but has his selfish side to where anything that happens just has to be my fault. We breakup for a couple hours because we're mad. Make up. Breakup for a couple days or weeks, back together again. This one here over the eight years is the most serious and is looking like the most final. His family run his life. And I'm not talking married family, I'm talking mom, sister-in-law (boy has she been a trip),, Actually, the whole family except for his nephews have been a trip. I give up, this time I think I'm staying single. We've become friends again, and until he grows up some more, I am kind of enjoying being single. lt isn't that I don't want it to work. This family just won't except me because I don't bend down and kiss anybody's toes whether it's his mom or not. I like his mom, but she treats me like hell, his sister-in-law said she went through ten years of being treated like hell by his mother and now it was my turn. I told her "I don't think so." So I walked, and I didn't even half to buy a pair of boots to do it. And his mom resents me for it. So now, he and I stay friends, quietly, but still to the breaking of my heart we stay apart as a couple. but, I kinda like this being single, I don't date. I have social friends that I go out with and I just back off if a guy comes near for a date. For now, for me, that's okay. I have him as my friend. So far I'm not lonely in that way, and I'm not getting my feelings hurt anymore though there always will be some hurt there. so to your question, in the last eight years probably around six times. Crazy, huh. I'm just the only one he can find that is stupid enough to put up with all the drama. And you haven't even got a fourth of the story yet.

3.... Met this guy Mike when I was 16. Got together for 8 days. I broke up with him because we didn't seem to have anything in common. The next day he begged me to take him back. I did... we argued the rest of the entire day. I broke up with him the second time after about 9 hours. A couple of weeks later he asked me to take him back again. This time, after 2 weeks, I caught him cheating. His own uncle called me to give me the phone number of the woman's house that he was at. I dumped him again over the phone. He still tried to get me to take him back another week later... hell no! LOL

3 times:
The first time we broke up but got back together two weeks later. We went out for another six months and then I broke up with him in private because of rumors (that later proved to be tru)that he was cheating on me. Well for another three weeks he kept on telling people we were still a couple and that rumors of our breakup was false. So i had to publically re-break up with him, just so he would get the message.

we dated for about 2 weeks and then he left for work out of town so we broke up. when he came back we got back together for about 3 weeks then I discovered him cheating on me so I broke up with him. After a while he came and begged to get back together so I said yes, even though I had no intentions of being true at that point he was a booty call and that was it. but then I caught him red handed cheating on me so I shrugged and said atleast when I cheated on you I had the common sense to not get caught.... I haven't seen him since, even though he has sent me an email saying that he still and will always love me.
To bad for him I'm married now! :-)

My best friend broke up with her boyfriend I think 3 times. She thought he was clingy so she broke up with him and then he begged so she took him back. She broke up with him again and the same thing happened. Finally, she broke it off once and for all and he said that he wouldn't take her back. It was like she was the clingy one although she is quite independent and never would cling.
