chocolate doesnt make fat. an abundance of calories makes fat. chocolate has a lot of calories. if we dont burn off all those calories, then the calories may be stored in the body as fat.
3500 calories=1 lb of fat.

chocolate does not make you fat... or create fat.
You get fat by eating more calories than you burn off, plain and simple.
You want to lose weight? Eat less calories than you burn.
It is the most simple of all math equations...
