My left eye does not work properly and my mouth feels like is dry and pasty pls give some ideas.

I also had it and they say some get full function back of there mouth and eye and some don't its a never that lay dormant and gets woke up the Dr.. says everyone has it but not every ones wake up .. that's what i was told when i had it they say it could be caused by nerves or something up setting ..
